Noir Desir is an umbrella term for dark roast blends that work well for espressos. The beans come from higher altitudes, and as a result, are smaller, denser, and carry more flavor.
All the beans in our blend are washed: This means that the cherry pulp is removed before drying. The washing ensures that you only taste the bean: creating a purity of flavor that instantly connects with your palate.
Our Noir Desir blend comes from Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, and India. The blend consists of 75% Arabica beans and 25% Robusta. The Arabica provides the flavor, and the Robusta packs the caffeinated zing.
